Your training sets the bar for how minutes, agendas and notices should be done. Our job is to produce your members’ documents to that bar, every month, on deadline — built to your own state’s open meeting law and retention schedule, not to a template.
Zero delivery burden
You make the introduction; we do everything else. No staffing, no oversight, no support load lands on the association.
A standing discount for your members
Association members receive a standing discount — a concrete benefit you can put in front of every member district.
We hold up our end
We pay standard listing fees, and the delivery sits entirely with us. Member districts contract with The Board Secretary directly, so the association is never in the middle of a deliverable or a deadline. Recommending us costs nothing and takes on nothing.
Non-exclusive, always
No exclusivity is asked for and none is implied. List us alongside anyone; your members choose on the work.
