Booking the free consulting call
Ask for it in your message and we will find thirty minutes that suits the board, with both Cooper and James Munson on the call. Bring any question: posting deadlines, records retention, what your bylaws require of the secretary, or how other districts handle a particular issue.
It is not a sales call. Nothing is sold on it, you keep every answer, and anything contested goes to your district’s attorney. We are not lawyers. The free first month can be set up on the same call.
Starting the free month?
Share one recording from a meeting you have already held, in any format. Your upload link, or a Drive, OneDrive or Zoom link, works best, since a full meeting is too large to attach. You will receive finished minutes and an agenda prepared to your state’s requirements, yours to keep either way, followed by a written quote.
